Palma Nova information

Palma Nova is situated in the south west of the island. It was actually one of the earliest areas to be developed as a holiday resort.

It is an ideal place for families and couples to enjoy a sun-drenched holiday. The beaches are clean and the water is clear - ideal for children to splash around in.

Activities include go-karting, biking and watersports that will keep the active members of your family entertained, while the huge array of shops, bars and restaurants means there is always something at hand to keep up their energy levels.

Palma Nova gets very busy in July and August with an overflow of tourists from the neighbouring Magaluf.

Local attractions include Marineland and the waterparks ( actually the Western waterpark is a must) that offer an alternative family day out.

The nightlife of Palma Nova centres on its bars and restaurants, and the livelier resort of Magaluf is just next door if you want to "fire" up the tempo ( not suggested to families though ).

In particular the restaurants along the sea front cater to every taste and budget, ranging from fast food at McDonalds to some beautiful "a la carte" restaurants and several friendly cafeterias.
